It is more than just a skill you learn
It more a talent that you earn
To manage others and make them work sync
While controlling everything they do and think
To earn the talent of management and learn the skill
One must climb up the vigorous social hill.

Hmm, is one's life purpose is climb hill?
This poem also make me think, especially the last line, if there is really a "hill" in society that people have to climb, if there is really a social hill, and if it exists, must it be vigorous?
Another line that I am concern about is, actually two lines, "To manage others and make them work sync/While controlling everything they do and think."
"Make them work sync?"
"Controlling everything they do and think?"
For some reason I feel the lines can have a dark meaning to them. Although those lines can be well meant, but I feel like one can be "God" or has some sort of power as well as responsibility when one can control other.
The line "make them work in sync," I feel like this can apply to robots.
I guess the intention is good when you compose these lines. I just feel the image of slavery, sweet shop, authoritarian government, Stewie Griffin, supervillain, evil genius, Dr. Evil, Darth Vader, 1984 when I read those lines.
